With over 35 years experience within the Construction Industry, including Project Design Management / Building Surveying / Construction Management and with past membership of the NHBC, National House Building Council.
As with most Professionals Oaktree Architectural keep up to date with the latest Planning requirements, such as The Code for Sustainable Homes, introduced by the Government & adopted by Local Planning Authorities. Oaktree Architectural is also a member of Trada.
We also believe in cultivating good relationships/rhetoric with the various local Planning & Building Control departments, and prides ourselves on providing clear, concise and accurate information to individual Planning/Building Control Officers, to help them make the best informed decisions.
In addition when required Oaktree Architectural work in conjunction with other highly skilled professionals such as MRTPI Planning Consultant John Howlett, Consulting Structural Engineers / Quantity Surveyors Schofields of York and also Consulting Structural Engineers James Lang Burns.
